SAYAW PILIPINAS!

Ballet Philippines creatively merges the foreign with Filipino artistry creating performance pieces that showcase the Philippines in all its glory. In this light, I have chosen to infuse the “baybayin” or ancient Filipino text in my works as a celebration of the Filipino and the Filipino artist.

Two lovers passionately engrossed in a courtship ritual, heaving as their emotions cascade under the moonlit sky.

Summons
Desire… passion… thirst… ardor… a reflection of man’s hungers and wants and his will to conquer the insurmountable.

adobe photoshop =) ...layers of photos of the actual shoot and distorted/manipulated textures i made from oil pastels on canvas... then i downloaded the baybayin font from a website =)
